This chakra box set is perfect for yourself or as a gift. This is great for the experienced or for those new to crystals and need a stone for each chakra for healing yourself or others. What I do for myself is put each stone near the designated chakra or at least in my auric field and put on a chakra balancing meditation for at least 45 minutes or so, depending on the meditation. I would feel so much better and balanced following the session. Try it for yourself!
